These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 360 ZONE website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or make a purchase. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Pricing

• All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric characteristics.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
• Typographical errors in pricing will be corrected upon discovery, and we are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp to the contact details provided.
• We accept payments through UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
• For custom measurement orders, a non-refundable advance payment may be required.

5. Custom Measurements & Tailoring

We offer custom measurement services for sherwanis, kurtas, suits, and other garments. Please note:

• Custom-tailored garments are made to your specific measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Custom orders typically take 7–15 business days for production before shipping.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and to 100+ countries worldwide.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and customs clearance (for international orders).
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-made garments may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom-tailored and altered garments are non-returnable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Cancellations

• Orders for ready-made products may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and software — is the property of 360 ZONE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360 ZONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 ZONE, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palanpur, Gujarat, India.
